Gnasha arrived at Bransby Horses with her two-year-old daughter Matilda and two male donkeys after they were found wandering along a main road in Nottinghamshire. A local resident guided the four to safety before calling us for support.  

It wasn’t long after her arrival that we found Gnasha was in foal, and only a few months later she gave birth to Nipper, the first donkey foal born at Bransby in over 10 years.  

Gnasha soon settled in and is now a popular resident with both visitors and staff. Her striking coat makes her easy to find. When out in the field during the summer, you can spot her from a mile away.
